About Chrystine

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a bachelor degree in Counselling and Human Change from the Jansen Newman Institute. I am registered with CAPA (Counsellor and Psychotherapy Association of NSW).

Counselling is a very personal experience and I aim to work with each individual in the way that suits their time frame and needs.

Whether it is anxiety, depression or coping with the actions of another person in your life I aim to help you find the tools to enable growth and to reach a peaceful place within yourself.
